If for any reason you wish to exchange, or return it, within the first 30 days we are happy to replace it with another selection or refund the credit card used for the purchase, less shipping. Just repack the unworn footwear in their original packaging (if possible) with a copy of the receipt from your purchase and contact our customer service department by calling toll-free 1-877-710-0123 or by emailing us at email@example.com to authorize your reason for the exchange. Our staff is available Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 4:30pm (Mountain Standard Time). For circumstances beyond 30 days since your purchase please contact us to review how we can best address your concerns.
Please return the package, prepaid, via United States Postal Service if you are within the USA or Canada Post if within Canada to the attention of:

Important: COD or Collect packages will not be accepted. If returning your package from outside of Canada please ship via parcel post.
